If you are using Internet Explorer version 7, look in the lower right corner of the screen. There should be a magnifyer there that allows you to change the view of the browser window.

You can adjust the magnifyer to automatically return to 100% in the browser's Options settings.

I'd check that first!

Hmm...could be a corrupt system file. Try using Mozilla Firefox. Get it from:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Your display should work fine in this browser plus it'll be easier on your system resources :)
