Something is fishy.

Even if this is three misdemeanors in one case (I'm assuming it is), $800 is very low. The attorney will either ask you for more money later, push you to plea guilty, or has no experience.

On the other hand, these are three relatively minor offenses, and you would probably plea guilty for a fine, anyway, no matter how much you pay your lawyer. See if he/she can avoid points on your license, at least!

Depends on where you live, but sounds very reasonable in general. Most attorneys charge $200+ an hour.

Sounds way to low. You'll probably be asked for more at a later date or are getting really crappy legal advice.

that is cheap. most of them require a $1500.00 retainer fee and then the other money on top of that
