when u find an item for a good price but when u want to buy it, the package is all torn up? why do people always tear open the packaging at walmart or ross?

Thats better than none left at all. Aslong as nothing is missing I dont get too upset. But yes its annoying.

I HATE THAT...they probaly open them to for no good damn reason... i hate it at ross also when you look at the toys and there all taped up...
