Well, let's see: I think my biggest reason would be if someone pulled out in front of me and slowed WAY down. Of course, now that I'm supposed to be more mature, I don't use my horn as much. I use my finger. (Guess which one!)

Well as a teenager my friends and I used to honk the horn at someone and all wave really friendly just to see them wave back and rack their brains to remember who on earth we were. Sad isn't it, but fun.

When I'm doing 80 on the freeway in San Diego and an illegal alien wanders out in front of me. A really big bug splat would happen.

To give them a heads up that the light changed. or To get their attention to flip them off when they cut me off.

when they pull out in front of me, if they dont go when the light goes green, if they pass me then go out in front of me and go slower..if they swerve over into my lane. if they turn without using a blinker..stuff like that.
