it is like a wholesaler and merchandice company? i cant find it, does anyone know if it is out of business, or what?

Go to bbb.org to see if there is information on them.

They have been around many years, running the same program. They get people to sell their products and SMC drop ships the merchandise, allegedly to the customer.
