how do you use a video to run av and rf together?

i have a video that is fed from sat box
in rf then it comes out to booster rf
all so a scart output to projector when i turn on video the projector works fine but tvs bad signal
when i turn vidio off the projector is off and tvs ok
can you get fr to av convertors
i know you can get av to rf

Your sat box should be able to provide directly composite/S-video, SCART, or component video (not just RF).

To get RF to AV you need a tuner (which is exactly what your set-top has)

So connect directly the AV signal from the sat box to your projector. There are AV boosters as well.
