Do all Verizon Wireless users get free nights, and if so what times do free nights begin and end?

As far as I know they do because I have had several plans with then and they all included that.

Free time starts at 9PM and ends at 6AM (I am a little hazy whether it is 6 or 5AM). Weekends are totally free from 9PM Friday till 6AM Monday.

i have verizon wireless and everyone gets free nights and weekends. night time starts at 9:00 pm and goes til 6:00 am
