It is a strange phenomenon indeed. I wonder if the owner of the shoe suddenly flies into a rage at the one shoe and rips if off thier foot throwing it out on the road side screaming: "Dam you shoe, dam you to hell...i hate that one shoe!!!!"
The other thing that is worse than seeing one shoe is seeing used condoms. A shoe is one thing but a used condom has "stuff" in it and that is just wrong!

cuz it too much work for someone to throw out 2 shoes at the same time from the car of window.
