What two (or more) consenting adults decide to do together is fine with me as long as no one is being hurt. If they want to be filmed and distributed for profit, then theoretically it isn't a bad thing.
The problem I have is that the pornography industry is BY AND LARGE an amoral environment that preys on weak and suffering individuals. Many porn actresses are drug addicts or victims of abuse and exploitation from a very young age.
It is a complex issue, because it is a complex environment. It is not possible for a thing to be good or bad. A gun is neither good nor bad. Pornography is neither good nor bad. What is good or bad is how they are used, for what reasons, and what affect they have on the people they are used around.

It's simply something to do. Mary Whitehouse obviously didn't think of the poor millions who weren't getting any. Dying was the best thing that she ever did. I'm sure that if the incidence of rape had gone up since R18 became available, they'd have made quite a lot of noise about it.

It can become a sex addiction to where having sex is impossible without the filthy movie. The woman normally gets the bad end of the deal in sex as usual and before long she is looking for a man that prefers her to porno.

i don't use pornography as its not for me, but i think that it is good in the way it keeps perverts of the streets, and all people in them want to do it so there's no problem with it. as for people that thinks it's disgusting, don't watch it, no-body forces anybody to watch it.

Bad, if you have a good women like me, you don't need that rubbish, its all gross and degrading to both sexes and very prosperous for the people taking part, they all need a proper job, i prefer to do my lovin behind closed doors and so should eveyone else. sorry i am a bit old fashioned.
