Nope, I'm as fertile as any heterosexual male, my sexual orientation means nothing.
In theory though, women with the "gay gene", as figured out by the number of male relatives that they have that are homosexual, are actually more fertile than those without, go figure.

Well, you can't have a baby with someone of the same sex as you. But no, it doesn't cause any health problems. Only moral ones.
