No, there are no live satellite views of Earth anywhere, even at the CIA. The satellites are constantly moving and no place is constantly under a satellite. And all on line sites are libraries of data than can be quite old, years old in many cases. Many of the images are not even taken from satellites, they are taken from airplanes.

As Doctorwho said, there is no live feed, but Google Earth is the closest thing. Some of the satellite imagery has been known to be years old. For instance; I looked up a previous residence of mine, and the image had my car parked outside. I hadn't lived there in over a year.

I don't think you can get "live", but weather web sites display views taken in the last few hours. If you want street addresses & the like, then I think the best you can do are pictures taken within the last few years.

Sorry there is currently no live view of earth yet. the colsest thing to that is google earth.
