Seriously?? You don't want us to take this to offense. You are technically dissing us. Have you had an experience where a Black person has been mean to you, because even if you did that would give you no right to just say Black people as in all of us in general. You just sound really childish and ignorant.

Saying "no offense" after saying something offensive does not erase it. If you want to not offend people, don't say offensive things or ask offensive questions.
If you want an explanation for a particular behaviour, you should ask about in a particular way. If you want an explanation for a particular person's behaviour, you should ask THAT PERSON.
Your question is offensive. Any question that generalizes people in a negative way is offensive. Saying "No offense" is EVEN MORE offensive, because it shows you know exactly what you're saying.
Try to be a little more tactful. Thanks. Good luck.

Well, let's start at the beginning....Has every black person you had contact with been mean? Is that possible? If so I'd hate to live in your city. Again this is a stereo type. Because we tend to be more outgoing and sometimes we voice our opinions where some don't think appropriate we are mean. Please don't have this outlook. Please don't make such generalizations! It makes you seem like a rascist. That's like the old age adage white men get the short end of the stick on. White boys have small penises is that true NO, Penis size is hereditary!

There are A LOT of black people in this world. From A LOT of different places. I doubt 75% of the Continent of Africa is mean. Or that all of the Aborigines in Australia are mean...let alone all of the black people in the USA, the Caribbean, and Europe!

Well , when everyone you meet(I'm assuming since you said Why are Black people not why is " " this person or that person are so mean (even if they happen to be mean)
If every people you meet in your life happens to be mean to you either you have a doormat personality or they just think you are annoying and don't like you so before you criticize others ,find out why everyone is treating you this way ? so that you can change yourself and be treated differently ...

That's a generalization.
And what may seem "mean" to you, may not really be mean at all. Being an aggressive person does not necessarily make you a mean person.

I try to be nice to and show a fair amount of respect to everyone. I can be mean if disrespected though.
This question is very opinionated and is the equivalent of me asking "why are white people racist?"

i would answer this but this question will disapear quicker than the cure for AIDS
but remember this will be your typical answer:
"not all black ppl are like that"
if the question was reversed
"white ppl are so rude i hate them i wish they would all die"
and not a word will be said about this difference
