What does this article have to do with your question? I would have to say the kid chose poor taste when writing his paper right after something similar happened. Why is this a liberal thing? This is up to the school board, the courts and the police to come to a conclusion on, why is this liberal? Answer that?

We mean that no matter how much you may disagree with something someone says the person still hase the right to say it. Now before I get slammed with the typical rightwing clips let me very clear about something.....

I AM ONLY TALKING ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY. IF YOU SAY YOU HATE AMERICA, BLACKS, LIBERALS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT'S YOUR RIGHT. IF YOU ACT ON IT. IF YOU DO SOMETHING THEN IT IS A CRIME. ANY YOU SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR IT IF YOU HURT OR KILL SOMEONE OR DAMMAGE PROPERTY.

By the way there is a huge difference between judgment and censorship. I have the right to judge that an argument has no value to me but I don't have the right to say that that arguement can't be heard.

Your link was to a story about a student who wrote that a teacher's behavior "could lead to a school shooting". He was suspended from school then arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. You are probably saying liberals that brought this about since conservative mythology paints anyone connected with public education as a liberal. Your assumption is not correct, think about it. And the police who arrested him and the prosecutor who chose to file charges are not necessarily liberals either. These folks tend to be conservatives and to vote Republican.

It means they are not going to think things through so they don't have to make any judgment calls and they will not censor anything that may pop into their heads and come flying out of their mouths.
