Im new to this motocycle repair stuff so I would appreciate any help. The original battery didnt have enough cranking amps so we got the righ one. It only took 2 days for the battery to die. I cannot see any frayed wires / burnt or shorted wires. Just looking for any suggestions to look deeper. Thanx!

Battery could be bad, but that's a crap shoot and I doubt it. Check over all the wires and stuff again, and make sure the alternator is working properly. Sorry, I do not know my bikes at all so not really sure.

The stator could be bad. It's on the engine and generates AC voltage, to charge the battery.
The regulator/rectifier could be bad.
The rectifier turns AC voltage into DC voltage.
The regulator only allows a specific amount of voltage to go to the battery, as motorcycle alternators put out over 100 AC volts.
