If you want to face the facts then try this one - there are 172 planets and moons in the solar system, explain why 167 of them are NOT warming up. Here's another one - the amount of heat from the sun has DECREASED in the last 30 years.
By the way - Mars is NOT warming at the same rate as on earth and using your logic then man is not living on Mars so it stands to reason we are not living on Earth.
No other planet in the solar system has an atmosphere remotely like Earth's, to attempt to explain global warming away by comparing two incomparable planets exhibits an extreme ignorance of the subject.
Please do some reading up - I'm not saying you should agree or disagree with global warming, but you need to at least get some knowledge before discussing it.

That proves nothing. So, you admit that the global climate is warming. You just don't think it is caused by man. What's to say we are not making it worse? In fact, there are a lot of scientists who think we are and some who don't. What's the worse that can happen if we do take steps to pollute less? The air and water a little cleaner. Why is that so bad? Or does this topic upset you because your political party tells you it should? If you doubt that all the pollution we are putting into the atmosphere is bad, then go suck on your car's tailpipe for awhile and let me know how you feel, assuming you live.
You aren't being blamed for global warming, you are being asked to try and lessen the effects. Apparently, that is too much to ask of you.
And another thing, cons always doubt the validity of science when it comes to climate and temperatures from 100+ years ago, yet you trust the validity of the warming rate on another planet. What's up with that? Does that fact just work for what you want to believe so you take it as truth?

in the beginning, whilst international warming on Mars may well be an exciting accident, it does no longer inevitably might desire to have the comparable reason. the only suitable factor the two planets share is the sunlight, and the sunlight has practice no advance in irradiance considering a minimum of 1978 (a million), and doubtless no longer considering 1940 (2) 2d (and extra importantly), there is not any international warming on Mars. opposite to what you're growing to be to be heard, the only info of any warming on Mars is a few pictures that practice Mars southern ice cap receding extremely over a 2 year era (3). it incredibly is largely a small, interior sight exchange that's demonstrably no longer concerning any exterior forcing (4).

I'm not a scientist or astronomer or anything of that sort. However, I have always had a theory that out universe was on a linear track of sorts and not on a loop.
It's said that every year, the Earth moves two inches towards the sun. Now, while that may not be significant, keep in mind in how old this planet is and our situation. That said, I believe that ALL the planets are moving closer to the sun, and eventually Earth will become inhabitable and Mars will be the new home for mankind in the most extreme of situations.
I know it sounds sort of out there and that there are many skeptics who may deny this, however, this is just a theory.
I guess, eventually, we will all know for sure.

It's not even possible for mars to warm at "the same rate" as the earth if the sun is at fault. They would warm at different rates because mars has less atmosphere and is further away and on a different orbit.
Do you people ever give up?
By the way, we don't have any accurate information about temperature change on Mars, because every one of the satellites that we launched into orbit around mars for this purpose have failed. The polar ice caps on mars, made primarily of co2 (dry ice) go through cycles in which the southern cap decreases in size as the northern cap increases in size and vice versa.
But once again , nice try, and next time leave the science to the scientists!
and mc, stop posting bogus .com links, and yes as temperature increases co2 goes up because oceans release more as they warm, this isn't proving anything except the domino effect of our own activity. CO2 levels have never increased this fast in the history of man kind. Water makes up more of the atmosphere, but water also cools, as water forms clouds that block out sunlight. And yes the carbon cycle releases much more CO2 than human activity, but its a cycle, nature takes it back, nature takes back everything it puts off and adjusts to an equilibrium. When we release 5% of the amount that nature produces annually, nature doesn't take it back, and it BUILDS UP. Nature cannot adjust fast enough (through plant growth) to keep up with our emmissions. It has now been shown that the troposphere IS WARMING the site you list was last updated in 2000! I guess it lost funding under the republican congress. Mc, do you work for the coal industry?

It tells me you don't know what you're talking about. Mars is warming, yes--but at a much slower rate.
That's because PART of our own global warming (about 15%) is due to the same cause--variations in solar radiation.
The rest o fthe earth's global warming is do to human CO2 emissions. Established fact--by real scientists, not junk science sites run by bloggers pounding keyboards in their mommy's basement.

I guess CO2 emissions from the Mars Rover is polluting the atmosphere and causing global warming. Can't be anything else...like the sun.
