Scottish people must follows England government and law. If they wants independent from England; England won't help them as pay or give them money, foods, waters, goods, and etc.

It's can be very difficult for Scottish to be become a country again. Remember in 1707, that time England forced Scotland to joins them. England is very superpower country in Europe and world that time.

England still powerful country in Europe as not allows Scotland to break up from England. England allows South Ireland to become a country.

It should be put to the vote and they should be able to decide if they want to or not.

Yes! Scotland was independent for hundreds of years before being compelled to join the United Kingdom. They did that quite well without English help. They had their own kings and queens and their own parliament. I see no reason why they can't do the same today. However, they may want to give second thoughts to re-instating the monarchy. The English monarchy has become quite a messy affair.

Yes, Scotland (or any other region within any country) should be independent provided that the majority of that region wants independence. The only way to find out what the majority wants is to hold a referendum.
