This is somewhat generalized, but...
an interest in them and what they do;
honesty, sincerity;
a sense of humor;
similar (not identical) tastes in food, music, entertainment;
caring;
femininity (which can come in many colors, but the point is, you're a girl, not a guy);
rather important -- a huge measure of being able to put up with their nonsense (and sometimes lay down the law against such things).
Aesthetically pleasing physical charms, and a certain libertine attitude about them, are a considerable bonus.
