Depends on how you look at it. Is it fair that certain companies have only one ethnicity working from them. I think all jobs should be diverse.

it's an outdated policy.. much like separate but equal... it was needed to get things moving in the right direction.. but now we have grown as a nation and no longer need it as a crutch.

Yep.Not only that but it further promotes racism. We are all equal or we aren't. Can't have it both ways.
