Of course NOT... 5'6 is just nice and fit. Try anything between a 2 inch and 4 inch heels. Definately will looks good as it will brings out your total figure. Besides that, trust me, you will be much more confident by the end of the day. If you are from a Asian country or going to, so what? Just put on your highest heels and it will surely gives you the extra edge over everyone.
And most importantly, is what you wear to be comfortable with, so plainly speaking, is not the height of the heels that matters but the shoe style that matches your outfit.

You are fine. You are not too tall. Wearing heels would make you 5' 8" to 5' 9". That's just right.
I think 6 ft. 2 inches would be too tall for a woman wearing heels.

No! I am 5'7 and I wear 3 and 4 inch heels all the time. There is no rule about how tall you can be, models are usually 6 feet. You need to wear heels when you are dressed up. If you are a bit self concious, wear 2 inch rather than four inch heels, etc.

I used to this point a woman that grow to be 6'4" and she or he loved donning heels! there is not any such element as being too tall for them. My present day female friend is about 5' 7" and she or he wears very tall heels regularly, regularly about 3 " at minimum, and some are 6" heels or wedges. From a adult males factor of view, heels continually look to make the female look more advantageous positive.

Honey you can wear heels no matter how tall you are I guess you didn't get that memo I'm 5 10 1/2 and I wear heels almost everyday and I look damn good doing it

No yur not too tall to wear heels . im about 5'7 and i wear heels all the time to work or just to anywhere. you kno. i think that aslong as they are not like 6 inchs they are ok to where

I don't believe anyone is ever too tall to wear high heels. They look cute on everyone. If you feel like you are uncomfortable, wear low ones. Wish you luck on your decision!

no way i know girls who have done modeling and are 6'0 and they wear heels! your never to tall show of your height with pride on the flip side i am 5'2 barely and i wear ballet flats to accentuate how short i am i am proud to be short !!lolz
