Hormones, stress, temperature, etc could cause sore breasts. I know I always get sore breasts after I run a few miles.
Chances are if you have no had sex, your hymen was broken. And no, no chemical I know of is ever placed in your vagina without your knowledge.

Sore breasts can be a premenstrual symptom or from an injury to the chest. No chemicals are put inside the vagina when getting a Pap test. The doctor will apply a lubricant on the glove when doing the rectal exam, after the Pap test. It's not uncommon to bleed a little when having your first Pap test. It may be from being dilated with the speculum that is put into the vagina. Call your doctor whenever you have concerns.

Your breasts can get sore during certain times of the month relating to your menstrual cycle. Some people notice more breast tenderness while on the pill. I don't think the pap test kills anything because certain infections can be found with pap tests. The pap test is from cervical scrapings so it is possible that if your cervix were irritated enough it could bleed a little. Cervical bleeding can also be signs of infection or cancer. Call your ob/gyn about the bleeding.

as far as the sore boobs anything in your hormones can make them little puppies sore. being that your just had your first pap i'm too assume your still pretty young so they could be growing, getting used to regular menses etc. a little blood is normal after a pap dont worry about that. they do not put germ killers in the vagina during this test as many things that show up in paps are not only cancer cells but many stds.

sore breasts are a result of hormonal changes in the body. Whether it be due to pregnancy or to PMS, it's the hormones that cause it. No chemicals are inserted before during or after a pap test, that would alter results. It is normal for a little bleeding to occur after.

No the doctor doesn't put any chemicals up your vagina. And if you're bleeding maybe your doc was a little rough on you. if its too much go to another doctor if it goes away then dont worry.
