Okay, here's the deal. Spylocked.com has infiltrated my computer. It is a trojan. I have found numerous safe sites that will scan my computer but will not remove it. I have Norton Antivirus, but it does not pick it up. If anyone has any good suggestions please respond. I am also fully aware that spydoctor.com is bad. I currently have a program that can tell me about a phishing website, but not remove trojans, please help.

. I suggest you go to www.download.com There is a search bar at the top. Type in :
AVG FREE anti-virus download it then update it.. Then look for SPY BOT Search and Destroy..download it and update it.. After you update Spy Bot , click on "Immunize" on the main Spy Bot page.. let it run ..A window may pop up telling you, so many things have been blocked and there are so many that can be blocked... if it does , then click immunize at the top. This loads the definitions. Click block pages silently also.. Look for and download , Zone Alarm free fire wall also..You need one of these too. Then go to www. lavasoft.com and look for AD-Aware SE personal edition..Download it and then update it... These programs are all free..Then run all three programs. The Firewall runs itself.. You will need to run all three programs at least once a week..The AVG protects constantly. And can be set up to automatically update, and scan for problems. But you will have to open and check for updates and run the programs manually for the other 2.. I also recommend Abexo registry cleaner ( also available at download.com) but be careful when you delete registry files it may be something you want to keep look at each one before you delete them.

SpyLocked is a new rogue-antispyware program (clone of VirusBurst, SpyCrush, SpyDawn) that can be installed without your consent and knowledge by Trojan horses (usually Zlob Trojan). SpyLocked will display fake system alerts or fake security alerts to trick user to buy the paid version of SpyLocked. It is strongly recomended to remove SpyLocked from your computer.
1)Try SpyBot or Ad Adware. Also you can try XoftSpy, if i'm not mistaken it will remove SpyLocked 4 free.
2) Try this manual removal instructions

AVG Free is the best anti-virus out there right now. Norton is total junk, uses up a lot of system resources and you have to pay for it. Avast is also a good free anti-virus. You can download AVG from the link below. There is absolutely no spyware and it is completely free.

Download Avast from www.avast.com, they do a free home use version, after installing, choose to scan the computer on next restart, it should kill off most if not all of the trojans before Windows loads again.

You might just want to update your Norton that you already have. I'm assuming that it's paid for, and that you are a liscenced user. If it doesn't take it off of there, you have already paid for your service with includes writing to their tech support, telling them exactly what you have, and letting them work for you. They should also know that there is something out there that Norton doesn't detect and should.

Try AVG. It's free. We got rid of Norton. It slowed down our system too much.
