It would be pretty cool to have a belly cast done, if you're big enough yet. Manicure and pedicure is always nice too!

Maybe you could buy a cute maternity outfit and get something for baby, too. You could go to a coffee shop or cafe with a friend and chat about babies and being a mom.
Your husband or the baby's father might do something for you, too.

Your s/o or hubby should do something for you, if not buy yourself flowers or something, maybe jewelry if you can afford it, I am pregnant with my first and even though we havent had the baby yet we decided to celebrate the life that we created by planting a lilac bush!

read a book so that you'll be a great mom and well-prepared, such as What to Expect During Baby's First Year.
Or sign up for a breastfeeding class at your local hospital
