1) I think Callie will find out about George and Izzie
2) Alex and Addison may hook up again but I doubt they'll have a relationship. Alex is still pretending he doesn't give a damn
3) Meredith and Derrick. Looks like they're heading for a break up :(
4) Christina and Burke won't last. They'll either have a huge fight in the finale that will lead to their breakup next season or they'll just call it quits all together on the season finale.

Izzie is going to stand up to callie but George will still leave but will come back in a while for something and find out. Addison and Alex will just keep doing what they are doing, and Addison may ask Alex some important/secret baby questions. Merideth and Derick i think will split for a while and then will get together for Christina and Burkes wedding. Christina and Burke will go through with it but will then end up working at diffrent hospitals, so they can get burke off the show.

Addison is going to her own spin off, so I'm guessing nothing happens there but her moving to LA. Alex will probably be bummed when Ava leaves and go to someone for comfort.Maybe it'll be Callie? I think she'll find out about Izzie and George for sure in the finale..
Meredith and Derek will probably be on the verge of a break up. They are so Ross and Rachel.. Christina and Burke will probably get to the chapel. I see him changing his mind.. She's actually getting into this being a girly, married thing.

I think Izzie gets pregnant and has to tell her secret, forcing George and Callie apart.
I heard that Addison is getting her own spin-off, so she'll go away and visit someone. I think Alex is more into "Ava".
Meredith is cramping Derrick's style- and he wants to be chief. So, they'll either break up or leave that a cliff-hanger for next season.
Christina and Burke will get married but they'll leave you with the thought that maybe she doesn't really want to.

Izzie breaks down and tells Callie who throws George out because she's so hurt, but takes him back on the condition that he shuts Izzie out for good
Addison leaves for Cali, leaving Alex bummed
Meredith and Derek either get married or he pushes her away again
Christina and Burke get married and find out there's a little surgeon on the way

AS WE ALL KNOW ADDISON IS LEAVING, SO THERE CAT BE MUCH GOING ON WITH HER AND ALEX.
DERRICK IS BREAKING UP WITH MEREDITH TO PURSUE THE CHEIF POSITION.
CHRISTINA AND BURKE WILL GET MARRIED AND HAVE A LITTLE MC-BABY
AND DONT FORGET IZZIE...
I THINK SHE AND GEORGE WILL BE TOGETHER AND HE'S GONNA DIVORCE CALLIE.
