I have experienced what you describe.

Do you have a good mattress? If not, you may not be sleeping well.

The same is true of sleep apnea, where you might be waking a lot to start breathing again but not enough to remember.

Are you drinking enough water? Fatigue is one symptom of mild dehydration.

Are you getting good nutrition? If not, you will feel tired and sickly.

Is your room cool enough at night? It is difficult to sleep well if you feel like you're burning up.

Good luck!

See your doctor and have your blood work done! It might be a sluggish thyroid! I felt the same for months and can only describe it as being "bone-weary."

I now take a small pill every morning and I feel so much better.

Or, you could just need more water. Also, are you taking vitamins? I feel exhausted if I miss a couple of days.

Good luck!

The answer by tigger makes alot of sense - my wife always complains of being tired but she is mid 50's & has had a stroke .....I suffer with depression & often feel lethargic but you are so much younger maybe history isnt your thing & you were bored to sleep....I always used to find history very boring - apart from the ideas on nutrition do you feel alot of tension in your body if so learning to relax & let go of muscle tension is a good thing that you sometimes need to learn, theres some good cd's on relaxation available that may help. Good luck !!

Yeah I do but I am in grad school. You might want to go to the doctor to see if something is going like anemia or a thyroid problem. Also any class right after lunch is basically going to end up being nap time.

Yes - I often feel that way.

However, just as the other person said - I suspect it is my mattress.
