Who eats the food when they are done cooking on the food network shows?

i know some shows that have an audience they finish up the food but the ones that dont is it just the camera men and women - and producers and stuff that eat - does anyone know for sure -

I know on one of Emeril's shows, he lets some of the band members eat it, besides certain audience participants. I think Rachael Ray must eat some of hers because honestly, she's been packing on some pounds. I just can't imagine what happens to it and I've always wondered. It's a shame that it gets thrown out, maybe they should feed some "hungry people" out there.

It depends on the show. Most often, at tapings where there is a live audience, there will either be a select few chosen before the show or afterward off camera the entire audience will be brought out a small plate.

The cook eats it or the camra men and people on set I have a friend who does shows on food network

The chef eats it don't you see them at the end of each episode? Or if there's more left over the audience gets it, if there's no audience the stage people and if not then they'll take it home! lol

On some shows, in order to make something look finished, they will cook it slightly and then bronze it to make it look done, so the food is not completely cooked. It saves them time. In cases such as these, no one eats it

Its the crew working on the shows. At least in the uk it is.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they throw it out, without even thinking of everything they are waisting.
