Unfortunately,, Bush took all that goodwill and like the Constitution used it for toilet paper.

Only a very dangerous person could have in six years turned such universal kinship and support into universal derision and hatred, in such a short space of time.

1) Bush is not the reason the whole world hates America. The whole world has hated America since 1970. 2) Bush did not orchestrate 9/11. That was a collaboration between the Irish Republican Army, the Democratic Unionist Party, the Tamil Tigers, the Conscientious Arsonists, the Japanese Red Army, Sendero Luminoso, Aryan Nations, the National Liberation Front of Asom, and the Khalistan Liberation Force. In a historic move, these organizations were subsumed under an umbrella group called The Maine Man. They engineered the demolition of the WTC, casting the blame on Bush as a diversion.

Who is not singing it? My community certainly is. My family certainly does, and my kindergartner knows all the words to America the Beautiful, The Star Spangled Banner, God Bless America and You're a Grand Old Flag.

If you aren't hearing people sing it, maybe you aren't looking in the right place. People in Virginia and DC are, as are people in my parents' community in Wisconsin, and my sister-in-law's community in South Carolina, and my friends' communities in California and Hawaii and Minnesota and Illinois and Iowa...

I still sing it. Proudly!

Things may not be the best they ever have been here, but I'm still proud of my country. It is still the best country to live in, bar none.

The best thing about America is that one can always leave and learn sing about the "brave french" over there.

That's because all you libs are doing is inventing this asinine crap to bash the President. You've made it quite obvious that the only thing you have to offer is cowardice in the face of the enemy (Cut & Run) and these stupid little bashing attemts that are designed to do nothing more than draw a response you can report to Yahoo as a violation. I really believe you guys hate George Bush more than you love the USA, and that's really sad and pathetic.

Wha...? "Did Bush ban the song"?! If anyone banned it, it would be Queen Pelosi: it undermines her work.
