This isn't a music question, but I'll bite:
Tomato sauce is made from stewed tomatoes mashed up in a blender or food processor.
Cows are not made into cheese, they're made into meat. Their milk is made into cheese, as well as yogurt and other dairy products. This makes the cow very important to American society.
Wheat is ground into a fine flour. From here, you can leave it as flour, or you can bake it into bread.

o.k. Well..tomatoes are cooked in water with spices until they are reduced to a sauce. Cow's milk is fermented into cheese, and growing wheat is ground up to powder (flour) and made into bread. Here are some sites that show these things clearly.
