Not all of them smell bad but some of them do...why? Do the celebrities not care? Do they just want more $$ and if their name is on it..thats all that counts.

Perfumes smell different on every individual. Have you ever liked a perfume on your friend and purchased for yourself and thought, it just wasn't that good? It is because the different oils on your body cause different smells and combinations with the perfumes/colognes. I think that they intend to smell good, but I do agree some of them are aweful. Some people just buy them because they have a celebrity's name on it and I think they as well as we suffer for it. ;)

The companies that make those colognes spend most of the money on advertising not on developement. They know people will buy just for the famous name.

i think your probably right! its just something for them to put their name on...they dont care what it smells like! however britney spears does have some good smelling scents & paris hilton isnt THAT bad either...
