Your question and additional information suggest that you do not have a voltmeter and have little or no electrical experience/knowledge. The next step is to open the panel and start tracing from the load side of the breaker. Instead of doing that, I strongly suggest you call an electrician or someone in your family or a beer buddy that has the know how. Once that panel cover is off one must KNOW what to do.

You most likely will have either a fuse or a circuit breaker. If it is a fuse, and you have replaced it and it blew again, then you have a short in the wiring and need to call in some one who has electrical skills.

If it is a circuit breaker and you reset it and it stayed reset, but you still don't have power to the room, then you have an open circuit and need to call someone knowledgeable.

The final thing I can think of is, that you have a GFI circuit and that has tripped and hasn't been reset yet. If this is not the case then once again get some real help. good luck
