Definitely Golden State. Nearly everyone picked Dallas to win the NBA finals, picked Dirk as MVP, and neither will even get out of the first round.

Golden State beating the Mavs would be the bigger upset. Dallas had the best record in the entire league and is a 1 seed with home court advantage playing an 8 seed. While the Heat did win the NBA championship last year, they had an inferior record to the Bulls during the regular season and went 1-3 against them head-to-head. Dwayne Wayne was still not close to 100% recovered from his shoulder injury and while the Heat won their division and were seeded 4th, the Bulls were still given home court advantage because of their better regular season record. I don't consider the Bulls winning against the inferior Heat an upset since they (The Bulls) were actually considered the favorite by almost all sports experts going into the series.

Golden State beating the Mavericks. GS is a #8 seed while Dallas is a number 1 seed!
Bulls and Heat, I could care less because they held the #4 and #5 seeds.

The larger upset would be GS vs. Dallas. Because the main players on the Mavs are 100% healthy. I really want GS to pull it off. GO Golden State.

Golden State beating Dallas could possibly go down as the biggest upset in playoff history. It'll be the first time an 8 beat a 1 seed in a seven game format. They'll do it.... but they better win one of these next two, because if it goes to game 7 forget it. Go GSW!

gs beating the mavs is the bigger upset because the bulls were better than the heat going to the playoffs.

GS over Dallas is far more impressive. The Heat suck. They are the worst champs in NBA history, and were given the title last year.
