Those that have certifications (UL, FCC, TUV, etc.) may be reliable and have pretty accurate ratings. They tend to run cooler and last longer if the load is 80% or less.

Those w/out certification may sometimes have dubious or overstated ratings and may not be so reliable.

The PSUs that come with cases are not usually that good. Even at 32.50 for the case w/1 80 mm fan, that's not to bad of a deal. If you want or have to change the PSU, you can get a good one for about 50.00.

Case is cool, but the power supply's not.
you get what you pay for when it comes to power supplies.

Given that they are usually geared for the particular pc they are installed in, I would have to say yes.
