I give up... I can't answer a question that could mean anything.

Do you mean "When did the first man go to the moon"? or do you mean "When will the first man go to the moon"? or do you mean "When the first man goes to the moon"?

I can't answer a question when someone writes the vowels in a way the sentance could mean anything.
