First, the Titanic was not exactly a 'voyage'. It started out to be, but.... it sank.
It was mentioned at the begining of the movie that Rose was an 'actress'. "....an actress, there's your first clue..." "...she's a very OLD actress then..." spoken by the guy with beard and glasses to Bill Paxton while the helicopter was landing with Rose in it.
Also, if you'll remember. In the begining, on Titanic, Rose did not want to be who she was. She wanted to be somebody, anybody other than the little rich girl with an arranged marriage. After her rescue, when they ask her what her name was, she took Jack's last name and said her name was 'Rose Dawson'. Then we know she eventually becomes an actress so it seems she spent her whole life 'being someone, anyone' other than that 16 year old she was on Titanic.

I think she worked as a waitress in the Coach and Horses Pub, in Blackpool.

if your talking about the titanic, i think that she became an adventurist.
