Lol yes it can be! I use lipgloss , and anything as soon as I wake up and put my make up on. Durning random conversations with people I pull my lipgloss out and start putting it on. Going down the road I put it on. I seriously have to have it or I feel incomplete!

If it can, then I'm addicted, from what I've been able to see is all people that use lip balm, cant's stop using it, and if for example I leave it at home I feel my lips cracking in the oficie, but it's all in your head

I know it is by personal experience. I can't stand to have dry lips and I wasn't always this way. Now I'm addicted to lip balm/gloss!!

I dont know about lip balm but I cant leave the house without my lip gloss.
