i was sold many different piratic copies such as martial arts dvds, prison break season 2 and other different tv shows.

tell me this.. how come official storage sites such as rapidshare, megaupload, megashares, filefactory, gigasize, and many more,,
allow people to store everyday files of newreleases of films, tv shows and programmes and video games while not being caught, fined or prohibited of use.
people do download copies of newreleases of the material aforementioned, you do know that,, dont you?

People may do it, but it doesn't mean it's legal or right. If you sell them you are doing something illegal. Go ahead if you want to but you might get caught. By posting this question you are even more likely to get caught. So you probably can't sell it on ebay either, I doubt they will let you.

i know selling pirated dvd's and music is illegal based on the federal copyright policy. You can be fined up to $10, 000 if you get prosecuted for it. but on ebay people sell dvd's of old cartoon shows and such that haven't even been released on dvd's so obviously they are taped from a vcr tape. but i don't think this is the same as pirating.
burning music and movies and selling them for profit is illegal.

You can always sell what ever you want to . Illegally posting copyrighted materials on the web might not be right. But that doesn't make selling copies legal.

Breaching copyright like that is a criminal offence - whether or not you get caught is another matter. I would personally not risk selling pirate copies of things on ebay as not only do they not like it but is is proof of the offence.

It's illegal to sell copies. If you're honest in you ebay description and they catch you, you could get banned. If you're not honest and someone buys one and complains that it's not genuine you could get banned. So no, you shouldn't...
