It's easy. First read the book. Be sure to stay at least 1 chapter ahead of the class lesson at all times. Then avoid taking notes in class, instead listen intently and concentrate on what is going on. Thirdly, find some buddies who are taking the same course from the same teacher. Study together a few nights each week to review the material. it works for law school - it will work for you.

It depends on the type of subject that in what way it could be handled .Like Maths ,Statistics, Chemistry,Physics,Computer Programming needs
a lot of practice and understanding which will help in developing logical thinking skills.Literature Subject needs a brush up and to hone ur in born skill to express ur self.Bio needs understanding and it is easier when u master language and having regular reading habit .This difference in understanding of subject decides the marks one is going to score

Flashcards.

If you're NOT a biology major in college, 90% of biology is knowing the vocab....if you are a biomajor, it's 50% vocab and 50% process/mechanism.

Also, when you look at your book, remember that companies lose money when they illustrate a book. Make sure you understand, COMPLETELY, every illustration in your book.
