sure go ahead and try but I don't think even a dog will eat burnt sausage. take a tiny taste and you will see what I mean.

No. You may offer to feed it to the neighbor's dog, but that is your neighbor's dog and you should not feed it without permission, for a variety of reasons.

Never give food to an animal something that you yourself would not eat. (I'm refferring to old, burned etc.) They could get just as sick as a human.
