My girlfriend got on the pill last year around this time. there has definitely been a decrease in sex, she says she’s just not in the mood all of the time like she used to be. what do I do?

yes it does cause of the sex hormones are reduces which cause you to be active but the pills reduces them so she cant get pregnant on her inactive pills she would go crazy have her stop using it and use condoms cos other birth control pills would do the same

It does a bit. That's because it balances out the hormones. Besides, women need coddling more than sex most of the time. Their body really desires it during the ovulation. Or it could be just that your relationship is wanning. Maybe you are taking her for granted and should seduce her, get her into the mood.

It can decrease sex drive. Have her consult with the doctor and possibly change her brand of birth control.
