You can breeding them together but both of their DNA are so incompatible that the sperm of either animals or the egg of either animals will not correlate, in fact if the egg and the sperm of these two species does come in contact it the egg will collaspe and the sperm will disintegrate.
This occurs because the DNA of both the sperm and the egg are not recognizabe, only successful breed can only occur within a group of the same species.
