Bono has been in Africa for awhile with DATA and now with ONE, why isn't Africa getting any better?

Because, most of that money is tied up in bureaucratic non-sense. When food is actually sent to Africa it is most often stolen before it gets to it's destination. I would like to see a complete breakdown of all the money that's taken in and how much has actually been spent on food and medical items for Africa.

It has gotten better - at least for the few that are affected by Bono's work. The problem is there is only one of him, and millions of Africans with AIDS. Bono's work could reach 1 million, let's say... but there probably needs to be about 1 million more philanthropists doing what Bono does in order to see drastic changes to an entire population.
