Aw, sweetie! My boobies started to grow at 12 but remained really small (like, barely an A) until I was 19. Now at 26 I'm a modest B cup.
Keep in mind that a lot of things grow not at all for a while, and then all at once!

I was in the 4th grade so that would have made me about 10 or 11 years old. They never grew that much more either! I barely fill up a B cup and I just turned thirty!

I was 12. I understand that girls are developing earlier because of the hormones they put in beef. I wouldn't worry about it.
