Day and night , you can also get something called Perennial rhinitis which is when you can suffer all year round!!!
EDIT: i am Sooo sorry hun, i didn't know who was betting on what answer did i!!!! doh or i would have stitched him up!!!!

I think once you've got it then it stays with you until the pollen is gone BUT I think that dust from carpets and stuff will aggravate it coz hayfever is an allergy and you can also be allergic to dust when your immune system is low!!!! Waffle, waffle, waffle!!!!!! Hope that helps :)

you get hayfever when the pollen levels are high, the time of day is a moot point.
