In my opinion it's the only thing worth fearing - the rest I can cope with, but death, on the other hand, is going to be a bit of a problem.

No. Aristotle did not fear death because how could he fear something he did not know? Nobody really knows what's on the other side. If you think about it, you can't really be afraid of something you don't know about. You are afraid of what you THINK death might be like. In other words, you're afraid of your own thoughts and imaginations about what death might be. Since no one knows for sure, then you are just guessing. You might also be afraid of the pain involved in dying - but that is a separate issue.

In my opinion, I am not afraid of death because I believe that while I'm alive, death is not an issue and when I die, I probably won't remember or care anyway so what difference does it make? Once I'm dead, I'll cease to exist so I won't have anything to think or worry about.

No, we will all die eventually, and wherever we go,we will all go to the same place,so why be afraid, its natures way of keeping the world population in check, you will not be the only one to experience it,just be grateful if you live to a good old age, enjoy life, and look forward to peace at its end

I am more afraid of not being able to do the things I have always wanted to do before I die, ie. travel to Europe, Asia, etc. To write a book and get it published, to overcome my fear of shyness, etc, etc. If you come from some sort of spiritual base than death is really rather meaningless, it is all part of the next journey to another place.

No!

The human body will perish someday. What is the point in being afraid of the truth? Hence, my answer is no. Do I want to die today? No way!!

What is there to be afraid of? only the Demon's we create for ourselve's. When we truly understand the negativity of our sin's, we are forgiven. I strongly believe that we can only go forward's in life, not backward's. Life meaning our eternal live's, the after life. Life is a progress with no turning back. We may go around in circle's, but each time we make a mistake, it is up to us to learn from it, bettering ourselve's. God show's us the sign's, it is up to us to take notice. But one day we all end up in Heavan as Angel's with God. There is no Hell, that's rubbish talk. Be confident in yourself and everything will be o.k. Fear is just a part of the mind with no real existence at all. It's as real as you want it to be. You know the saying, you are your own worst enemy, that's true. Think positvely and positive thing's will happen. Simple. Enjoy life, treat other's as you would want to be treated yourself, love and care for one another and forever live in eternal peace and perfect harmony with yourself and other's around you. All is forgiven if you know what you did was wrong and you are truly sorry. Either way, we are in God's hand's and alway's will be. It's up to us to change our live's and make a difference. So, afraid of death? I just do-not see the point if we are in control of our own live's. God will be waiting for us if we want him to.

I am moreso afraid of HOW i might die rather than dying itself. No one wants to go through pain and I am afraid of dying a painful, slow, agonizing death

No.

Our own contribution to the big picture of humankind is small but by participating in society we all form our culture.
The culture of humankind is the legacy we leave behind even after our memories and in most cases individual acts are long gone.
Be proud of what humanity has, and has yet to achieve !

no as the seed that must be planted, and die in the ground for the tree to sprout. my purpose on earth is to help others.

when someone says why did this happen, and why did God let this happen, and why doesnt God do something, He does. Thats why we are here. that is our purpose.

the purpose of the seed is to be put in the ground, it doesnt do any good in the bag with the rest of the seeds.
