Well, in many relationships (although you may be doing the right thing at the time) your feelings will be sore for a while and you might start to think that you want someone back when, after time you realize that you ARE better off without them. and DEATH, well Death will come when you least expect it. Most people take death for granted in this world. But death, as we all know, will creep up at any time, any place, any age, and under any circumstance. We must learn from seeing others die around us, that we can't take those we love for granted. For it is how we live and how we are remembered by others (by our own actions) that determines how long our memory will live on....

Alot of people are like that. I know I am. My husband and I have only been married for almost 4 years. He'll come home from work and ask me if I miss him and I will flat out tell him "NO!" He calls me everyday from work just to talk for a few minutes. It's easy to take people for granted.

because we don't realize that the other person is not always gonnab e there and with that sense of security we tend to take many things for granted like spending time together or even the simplest things like telling them you love them or that they are important in your life. That's why. Been there far too many time to know it well especially in relationships.

Well, alot people don`t realize what is good even when it box them up a few time. So, they do stupid things that they can`t control and don`t realize it until the person is gone. They will sit and think what went wrong. No one will take the time no more to c what is going on in their relationship unless they really care about that person and they know they r da problem.

When we r with them we don't realize how good we have and we run after foolish things and when we lose them that when we realize what we lost and how good it was. When we have the person in r life we take them granted and say there not going anywhere because we know they likes us too much

That's kinda hard to answer. But i guess its cuz maybe we know they're there & with us, and we think they couldn't ever leave.... but when it happens, we just get shocked that it did and the 'reality' or whatever that we couldn't see before when we had them, just hits us kinda hard. I wish i wouldn't have taken time spent with my brother for granted, i was just so stupid, i try not to do that anymore, but it sometimes just...happens. (sorry, hon)

Yes, it does. I don't know why we waste so much time on unimportant things and forget about the important ones.

You can change your own patters. I know I've recently changed my priorities.

It's just like the old song from Cinderella "Don't know what you got, til it's gone"
