The atmosphere I'm looking for is cabins by the water, swim beach, being able to grill. I would prefer that type over a resort style, but any suggestions will be helpful.

Unfortunately most of the "cabin" resorts are gone in favor of condos which can be sold and generate much more profit, much faster, for the developers.
