10'x 10' x 4" deep...
10 x 10 x .333 = 33/27 = 1.2....so that is 2 yards of concrete.
Concrete is going for $90 per yard = x 2 $180 total materials..
Labor...depends on the access to the location...you have to form it, and pou the concrete which will take the day for 2 guys and truck costs..
So, I would say a range from $1000 to $1500...
Good luck..

You could save money and pour it yourself, or do padio blocks

I had a 25'x12' pad poured last year for $1,800.

I had other bids for the same job that came in at $3,500 and $2,600.

It should cost no more than $10.00 per square foot, or right around $1,000.00.
