I've had problems in the past with low sex drive whilst on the pill, my doctor has just prescribed me Trinovum - has anyone got any experience with this pill - does it cause reduced sex drive, or has it helped anyone gain back their sex drive? Any other tips on other contraceptive pills which dont reduce sex drive?

I have never taken this particular birth control pill but from having talked to others who have been on birth control pills in general that yes it can cause the sex drive to be low.

Garlicman is sturdy; they’ve decreased the point of estrogen contained in the tablet very much to decrease the edge effects. To Garlicman: I’m sorry your spouse had problems with Depo Provera! I even have been utilising it for a number of years now, and it makes my hormones the comparable day in and outing. not greater temper swings.
