Mine was! But it was purely because of a deviated septum. It was not for cosmetic purposes, but it did change the shape of my nose a bit. This was about 14 years ago.

If you get a surgery for a deviated septum and cleaning of sinuses and removing blockages is paid by most insurances and is done by and Ear, Nose and Throat doctor.
Making improvements in the appearance of the nose is not covered by insurances and is done by a plastic surgeon. If you want a nose job then save up your money because you have to pay for it all
It is two different and very complex surgeries.

Probably, if you can prove that you can't breath effectively through your nose. However, the surgery will most likely be limited to correcting the breathing problem and not address a cosmetic aspect. maybe you could cut a deal, 2 for 1. Although, an ENT Dr would fix the breathing problem and a Plastic surgeon would be needed to fix the looks of it.

If they fix a deviated septum for breathing improvement it may be covered. If you have a nose reshaped for cosmetic reasons it will not be covered.
