The 13th amendment freed the slaves
The 15th amendment makes sure citizens have the right to vote

A (the fourteenth amendment).

The thirteenth amendment freed the slaves, the fifteenth amendment gave every male citizen (regardless of race) the right to vote, and Brown vs. Board of Educ. was about segregation of schools.
