Hmm, the brownies really don't like it when you choose the fudge instead. Myself, sometimes I have fudgie brownies, that way they don't get their feelings hurt.

Brownie points actually have nothing to do with fudgy, gooey, yummy chocolate brownies. They are referring to the points awarded to junior Girl Scouts (Brownies, in the US at least) toward earning badges...
Hope that helps. Go eat some chocolate of your choice...

Wow I haven't heard that word in a long time, and can't determine if you're really speaking of the organizations relating to girls in green or brown.
Initially, and very likely still, the term "Brownie Points" had little to do with little girls in brown uniforms. It was a deragatory slang used to denote People who were "Kiss Ups"
Cake or fudge "brownies" both have merit, depending on what YOU most enjoy. Trying to GET POINTS, has no merit at all, nor a badge for it.
"Brownies" as a food source relating to fudge are as personal a choice as religion or politics. Apples and Oranges.
Doing "bad" has no correlation to Brownies of either recipie, nor does it add or subtract points in a Karmic sense. WHO,,,by the way is the Judge, and WHO might TAKE THEM AWAY???
